Technology Development for Indian Languages (TDIL) programme has been publishing TDIL Information Brochure / News Letter : Language Technology Flash : VishwaBhart@TDIL since the year 2000. The above Newsletter is widely circulated amongst the researcher , scientists and officials involved in Language Technology researchers in India as well as abroad.

Currently it is published bi-annually and it consolidates in one place information about products, tools, services, activities, developments, achievements in the area of Indian Language software. It serves as a means of sharing ideas and creating awareness among technology developers. It has received wide appreciation for its useful contents.

The focus of various issues has been as given below :

38^th Issue (Jan 2012 - June 2012): Focus on Cross-Lingual Information & Access Retrival (CLIA) system.

37^th issue (Jan 2011 –Jun 2011) : Focus on the AnglaBharati Machine Translation System.

35-36^th issue (Jan 10 –Dec 10) : Focus on the W3C India.

33-34^th issue (Jan 09 –Dec 09) : Focus on the Language CD released under 'National Roll Out Plan' Project.

25-28^th Issue (April 07- Jan 08) : Details out the contents of the Language CDs for which a large user base has already been created in the country and these have been very well received by the social community.

16^th Issue (Jan 05) : Presents Speech Technology product development activities in India.

15^th Issues (Oct 04) : Proceedings of the first localization summit organized by Industry Consortium for Innovation & Language Technologies (CoIL-Tech).

14^th Issue (July 04) : Focus on the Speech processing and Language technologies.

12-13^th issue (Jan 04) : Focus on details of the products and services of private sector companies in the field of Indian language technology.
